Trance

Toes grinding into earth, with arms above my head. Detachment has begun. Are these even my limbs? My feet pound the tender grass, leaving verdant scuffs on my heels. The taste has begun to tingle my tongue, and my mind surrenders to the sway.
The rushing wind picks up my skirts, as I get carried away. I taste the air and soak in the sun slipping through the boughs above, and I begin to lose humanity. My soul takes flight through the light escaping through my every pore, and my heart beats somewhere far away.
I dance to the ground, as my soul flies, and then the kiss knocks me back down. The world still spins as he holds me down, letting his hands caress his love. He takes me into the soft soft ground, and takes me as I cry in ecstasy. I am immortal, in this moment, in his arms, and he in my femininity. He eats my heart as I consume his, his spiced kisses set me afire as I return the passion. We are one on this earth, and we love as we dance.

"Uh-vatar" - a Fanfiction

I didn't know this place served assholes. Massaging the muscles above her armband, Korra glared as Tahno and his entourage crossed the bar, knowing he was here to taunt. His precious hair fell across his forehead like limp noodles dipped in trout-squid ink, and she itched to bend her earthenware cup into his self-satisfied mug. She tensed, prepared to keep a reign on her bending. She couldn't let him get to her.

"Hey, Uh-vatar. What's it like not being able to use all your bending to beat me in the arena. I bet it just makes you burn inside. But, I don't make the rules. Too bad. For you."

"Oh you know what burns, Tahno? Your hair. When I fire-bend your stupid bangs. We're not in the arena right now." Korra did burn. She hated that smug, self-important pro-bender. What a schmuck.

"Ooooooo the Uh-vatar just threatened me. That's real cute. You know I like it when you get all hot and bothered for me." Tahno's moon-eyes shimmered in suggestive ripples. "Get it? Hot and –"

"Shut up, Tahno. It'll never happen. Ever. Besides, I'm the Avatar. So out of your league. Deal with it." Korra stood up threateningly. "Now get lost. Before I change my mind about not giving you a new look." Tahno smirked, motioned at his team, and turned to leave, but not before giving Korra one last once-over.

"Tell that Mako he needs to seal the deal before I do."

"Get OUT, Tahno!"

"Later, Uh-vatar." And he was gone.
